OUR PROMISE TO YOU

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not fill out the Warranty Registration within 30 days of receiving your items, you will take the risk of not being covered under our warranty replacement policy. If you ordered a personalized or highly custom product, you may not be eligible for the warranty unless your item was damaged during shipping or has a manufacturer defect of some kind. Those claims will be settled on a case by case basis.

BLT Lifetime Warranty: BLT will replace any of our handmade products found to be defective within the scope of normal and proper use at no charge to the customer. BLT will cover the cost of time, materials and shipping. This may or may not include personalized products. Those situations will be dealt with on an individual basis. This warranty DOES NOT include the following:

  • Damage due to washing in the dishwasher or soaking in water
  • Damage due to putting in the microwave
  • Damage due to freezing or leaving in a hot car
  • Damage due to dropping or being crushed
  • Lost or stolen products

BLT Satisfaction Guarantee: Before filing a warranty claim, please read the following:

  1. Leaking/broken lids or straws: If your lid or straw was damaged during shipping, a replacement will be sent at no charge to you. You will be required to send a photo for validation.
  2. Tumblers that have lost insulating properties: Test the insulation by pour boiling water in your tumbler without replacing the lid. After a few minutes feel the outside of your cup. If you notice any hot spots, it is possible the insulating properties of the tumbler have been compromised and you are eligible for a replacement. Please be careful while testing with the hot water. Do not hold the tumbler in your hand while pouring. Exercise common sense.
  3. If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will email you a pre-paid shipping label to return the package. You may use the same box if not too damaged. We will advise the lead-time on your replacement tumbler.
  4. Noise coming from your cup: There is a flat piece of metal that rests between the double-wall of the tumbler. It was left there during the vacuum insulation process and sometimes it comes loose, but this doesn't affect your vacuum seal or the structural integrity of your cup. This is not considered a manufacturer defect. If you didn't personalize or customize your cup and the rattle annoys you, just let us know and we will exchange it for a new tumbler.
  5. BLT Limited Warranty: Due to the ever changing tumbler world, we may not be able to match the style, size, color, glitter, vinyl, etc. of your tumbler or design. We will take care of our customers on a case by case basis and work with you to resolve any issues.
  6. Sweat beads around the rim of your tumbler: If you notice beads of sweat around the top rim of your tumbler you need to replace the lid. This is not a defect in the cup. The rubber seal around the lid slowly disintegrates over time from washing. This is normal. You will find a replacement lid in our listings.

Warranty claims will only be approved by BLT if the products were purchased from our website or local store front. Our warranty is limited by the lifetime of the product, as limited by or subject to applicable law. The limited warranty provided by BLT only covers manufacturing defects or artesian defects that affect the normal use of the product. What is not included in the limited warranty is damage/defect of any product caused by, directly or indirectly, any of the following:

  • Improper use or misuse of the product
  • damage caused by cleaning, alterations or modifications
  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear, fire, or Acts of God.
